ListingClips allows users to upload photos and generate videos for real estate marketing and related media purposes. We use uploaded photos and generated videos only to provide, operate, improve, secure, and support the ListingClips service.

ListingClips is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

ListingClips is operated from the United States.

We currently do not actively market ListingClips in the European Union or United Kingdom.

If you access ListingClips from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed, stored, and transferred in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Before active expansion into the EU, UK, or other regulated international markets, we may implement additional compliance measures, which may include:
